Yes, my friends. It is that time of year again. The annual Display fireworks and Pyrotechnics courses are being held in Winnipeg on March 30th and 31st at the St. Vital Mustangs Football Club at 190 Frobisher Road.

As always you MUST pre-register with the Explosives Regulatory Division.
